My husband has been in and out of the hospital for the last 8 months with very complicated medical issues. We have a very extensive medical team that includes a cardiologist, rheumatologist, hematologist, oncologist, pulmonologist & an endocrinologist both locally and at the Mayo Clinic. Through our journey we have realized it's very rare to find a physician who will go above and beyond their daily duties, especially during a worldwide pandemic. Today, Dr. Thompson spent extra time with us learning my husband's complicated medical history and was extremely patient answering my many questions. His compassionate bedside manner and knowledge definitely put us at ease. Dr. Thompson is an exceptional physician who truly cares about his patients!
