Dr. Kelly is very knowledgeable with a great bedside manner and true concern for the well-being of his patients. His check ups are very thorough, and he takes the time to talk things over with you, and gives it to you straight. I would highly recommend him to anyone with issues concerning their heart health. Also a great human being for sure.
