I recently came in with a concern without an appointment just as they were getting ready to start their Christmas party. The staff insisted it was not a problem and that my needs were their priority. Dr Smith and his staff immediately brought me in, and did a thorough examination to ensure my issue was not an emergency and allay any anxiety I had, or could have with the weekend approaching. I am a new patient from another city and state, and I can assure you that I have never experienced or heard of this type of caring and attention being offered. We are extremely appreciative of the care we have received from this practice thus far. This is one of the reasons we decided to settle in this area. Thank you so much!
