I have had major pain in my facial muscles due to clenching for several years. Dr Sternhagen explained the cause was due to the way my bite came together. He was able to adjust my bite and my pain has gone away. Also my bite comes together so much better. I am chewing more evenly now!! I would highly recommend Dr Sternhagen.
