Dr. Schipper took time to explain my condition and the surgery I'd have to correct it (Thymectomy). There were immune-system complications to my procedure, but the OHSU staff figured out how to boost my immune system to survive the surgery. The actual thymectomy went great. The tumor was fully removed and had not spread. I felt in good hands with Dr. Schipper and his team, and am thankful for his care and skills.
