Dr Casey took the time to research my case and told me that my pain was from my capul tunnel surgery and not from the Dupuytren chord and that relieved me because in the last 5 years I already had 5 surgerys and that I'll be pain free once the carpul tunnel surgery heals. I recommend Dr Casey , Richard Glassman
