To start his staff were truly kind & compassionate. Dr Knapp is an AMAZING DR he came in explaining everything to me in such details that we could understand, was more than willing to assist me with my surgery Mind you been trying for 10yrs explaining everything regarding the procedure good and bad as well as safety issues etc... Was VERY THOROUGH,kind, compassionate Dr and didn't leave my appointment until we understood everything. Procedure went GREAT on the mend and ready to get other side done sooner than later. Been an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with EVERYONE involved with this process. Hospital staff were very kind compassionate as well assisting us with everything as we stayed a night, PT & OT were GREAT explaining everything to us safety precautions etc... We went home been 10 post surgery had an appointment and Dr said things are coming along just GREAT. THANK YOU DR KNAPP for assisting me to get back my quality of life back. ONTO NEXT SIDE SOONBLESS YOU DR KNAPP
