Dr. Nieves is one of two doctors in the entire KRMC OBGYN department that actually took the time to talk to me at all. I went in for what I thought was going to be a regular appointment only to find out that I had miscarried. He actually took the time to sit down and talk to me about it. He gave me his opinion and options that I could move forward with. I felt like he was actually telling me useful information and not just trying to rush me off so he could see the next person.
