Went in with what could have been an extremely serious issue and he sent me too another physican in a top facility to be sure everything was checked out completely. A subordinate Dr tried to bypass his instructions and when I told him that he spoke to the other office and demanded I see their top person with his concerns and things were quickly resolved. I have Dr Tinsley as my regular ENT and he is super. Friendly, smart, efficient, and he listens to you. He could give many other physicians in patient care and interaction.
