Dr. Barnes reviewed my health record in detail assuring to address any unresolved issues or new concerns. She was extremely engaged in our conversation. The support I feel from this program is remarkable and I wish I had known about it sooner. The follow up visits with Dr. Barnes and Elizabeth, a dietitian, assures accountability and structure to my journey for feeling better and building strength while the daily struggles with peri-menopause, long COVID and chronic disease are real.
