Was there for yearly physical. Never listened to my heart rate. Just talked. Never examined me. Then I get letter saying he’s leaving Kaiser after my visit July 24th. Letter dated July 22nd. He never said he was leaving. Cancelled 3 appointments and had to wait a month to reschedule each appointment canceled. Very upset.
