He is not arrogant. He is patient and he explained everything to me. He knows his stuff. I know one inmate at the Juvenile who was creating havoc, caused thousands of dollars in damages, they had him on Ativan, a bad medication for a kid..until Dr. Eva took care of him, he stopped all Ativan and now the kid is doing great.
