My son was in the NICU for 3 weeks at West Boca and I was extremely distressed. Dr. Reddy was one of the doctors with so much compassion. He took the time to explain things to us, which was so helpful during times of distress. Three months after my son was discharged, he called and asked how my son was doing. He did not need to that, but it’s that compassion and care that means so much to us. No one else was like this, and that stands out amongst the other providers. Five stars.
