Dr. Esch listened well, asked excellent questions about medical history and followed up with our medication refills and the referrals we wanted/needed, but could not access well on our own. We received phone calls from both of the providers offices we wanted to see, and have appointments soon. We were told it would be months before we could get appointments. He took time and listened well.
