Every time when I called, he pretty much knows what problem I was having and after a in office confirmation, he prescribes med that helps. Once I described my symptoms, he called back to see me in office, just a look at the blisters on my side of my face, he said you have shingles. Other times, while calling to office after calls responded as antibiotics won’t help virus, he prevented me from getting pneumonia by giving me antibiotics. My daughter had the same problem as I had, but the after hour doctor just refused to give antibiotics, and she ended in ER with pneumonia and much prolonged period of sickness and recovery.
