There are so many wonderful features to this doctor! So, my uncle completely lost his sight due to retinal detachment, and when I had retinal issues twenty years ago, I found Dr. Wittstein in the phone book AND CALLED HIM AT HOME on a weekend. I don't know what I was thinking - I was young and dumb. He was incredibly courteous and kind despite my rudeness. He arranged to have me come in to his practice and did a remarkably through exam. So, today, twenty years later, I had retinal issues again, and again he worked me in, same delightful examination room, with forest green plaid wallpaper and an English country house flair. He was, as always, polite, through, knowledgable, and very kind. I highly recommend him and thank him for his kindness. His staff members and associates are also kind and helpful.
