I've had the great privilege to experience the methodical, thorough, compassionate medical practice of Dr. Maris. His personal standard of excellence helped me recover not only from a debilitating rare eye condition but from a personal & emotional tragedy as well. My children and I will never forget his support and loving care. Dr. Maris has the knowledge and expertise of a scholar, toughness of a teacher, compassion of a loving relative. ONE GREAT DOCTOR.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
