Dr. Ottavio made me feel at ease. He treated me with respect. I did not feel treated less worthy of top-notch care, attention, and explanations. I feel lucky that he was the doctor assigned to me. As soon as I met with him I immediately felt trust and confidence. I was happy to feel no stress under his care.
