I experienced poor and unsafe care at two visits to Swedish First Hill ED, and due to this, my condition worsened. Then I saw Dr. Ro, who took the time to listen, review my records, and clearly explain the situation. He provided safe and effective treatment, and his team excelled in communication, care, reassurance, and patient education.
