Dr. KOSEK is fantastic. He is very accessible. He gives good injections that lasts. Dr. Kosek listens to you in detail and offers video office visits for out of area patients. Fast to get results and appointments. He's the best in my book, and his nurse Brenda, is TOP QUALITY!
