Dr. Sguigna is kind & thoughtful, and he listens. He has more training in MS than any neurologist I’ve seen, including other specialists. He is the 10th neurologist I’ve seen and I wish others had even half his attitude and education. Appointments never have felt rushed and while he’s very busy, you can send him messages directly through UTSW’s website. He has personally called me a couple of times for brief questions. In fact, everyone working at UTSW is friendly. The clinic does have valet parking which for those of us with MS is a Godsend. I hope Dr. Sguigna is here for a long time.
