Dr Phillip Starr, did my DBS Deep Brain Surgery. On October 10 2017. I never got the chance to tell him that his magical knowledge and hands, really helped my Orthostatic Tremors. I was his 5th pt he did the DBS on and when I moved to Carlsbad Ca -San Diego area. Dr Jennifer OH, my neurologist was able to adjust my defibrillator's to work on the correct part of my brain so I no longer have the embarrassment of my orthostatic tremors. Thank you Dr Starr and Dr Oh. Carol Whitsett
