when i was a patient he was very concerned in treatment and very through in observing your health, best doctor in the area reminiscent of my family doctor when i was growing up. his staff however were not and when i called to cancel my last appointment his office told me that he didn't want me for a patient anymore because i got emergency treatment for the gout at a local clinic because his office wanted me to wait 4 days to see him.
