Patient Reviews

My comment pertains to Andi who was assisting Dr. Horton in CCT&H's Sevierville Office on 8-22-19 and my 5 star rating is also for her, not one of the physicians. If all assistants, techs and staff who assist physicians were as attentive, personable, informative without overstepping their designated area of responsibility, cheerful without being goofy and a pleasure to interact with as Andi, doctor visits would be FAR more palatable. She could teach her peers volumes on personal relations! Better watch out a "competitor" doesn't snag her away.
