Dr. Chang is approachable, thorough, and relatable. He knows exactly how to reach hardheaded teens, inconsolable babies, and errant preschoolers. He takes the time to explain, ensures the patient's understanding, and follows up on them. In an industry that has become seemingly rushed, his expertise and doctor-patient-parent connection is stellar, bar none.
