Dr. Welch performed my tubal ligation and I couldn't have asked for a kinder, more professional doctor. He answered my questions and provided education and information in a way that was empowering and non-judgmental. He also took photos of my other internal organs (liver, kidneys, etc) during the operation and actually took the time to go over them with me during my follow-up visit.
