Dr. Broeckel gave me excellent care at the Scripps Urgent Care in Oceanside. I felt that I was in very good hands with him. I certainly will recommend him to my friends and family, although apparently he's not accepting new patients. I can't say enough good things about my experience with him. I was fortunate to have him take care of me.
