22 years ago Dr. Riedel was in Neonatologist on staff at SRMC in Spartanburg, SC. My 1st child had been born prematurely at 29 weeks. Dr. Riedel was the most caring and compassionate Dr. I had ever met! When I was finally able to take Joshua home on a Saturday I had to return on Monday for a weight check. He had lost weight, I was distraught, begging them to keep him as I was sure to kill him!! Dr. Riedel stood behind me massaging my shoulders assuring me it would be ok! He literally saved me!
