Dr. Cox was patient and kind when seeing my dad for the first time. I appreciated that he took the time to explain things on a level my dad was comfortable with. He gave us our options and his recommendations. My dad is usually a difficult patient, but he really liked Dr. Cox! (it helps that the office is efficient, and the staff was very kind!)
