DR. STOVER IS 1 OF THE BEST DR IV EVER BEEN TO AND HIS STAFF IS VERY VERY ON TOP OF WHAT THEY DO. IV NEVER HAD A BAD WORD R BAD VISIT TO SEE DR. STOVER HE HAS FEELINGS FOR HIS PATIENT'S THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS CLEAN.
