Dear Dr. Martin. I want you to how much I appreciate you and your staff. You took one of my daughter's tonsils out some years ago. After suffering from chronic allergies and sinus infections every season, I saw you several years ago, and I began the allergy shots. The shots have practically alleviated all the agonizing symptoms. It's hard to work sick. Moreover, I currently come in to get shots weekly, and I want you to be aware that your entire staff is so professional and most of all with warmth and kindness that I remember from you. I remember you mentioning that you have somewheres about a dozen children, so I assume your patience with people comes from a lot of parenting. However, quality care comes from the top, you treated me with affection and compassion. You and/or Ms. Bonnie must select your staff because even the new “shot giver” ladies have both Ms. Bonnie and your pleasing calm pleasing personality. Thank you. I appreciate you and your staff.
