My experience with Dr. Kumar has left me quite impressed. I just had my first screening colonoscopy. If this is something you need to do and are dreading it, I highly recommend Dr. Kumar. He takes the time to see you in his office ahead of the procedure and talks with you in detail about what to expect. He is a patient and kind man and answers all questions. He even provides you with his personal cell phone and answers it directly so that his patient’s do not a have a run-around when trying to reach him. Also, the pre-procedure prep that he has you do is nothing compared to what I have witnessed some people endure! (And it costs out of pocket less than $10.) The procedure was done at the Waterfront Surgery Center. All of the nurses were terrific. Dr. Kumar treated me with the upmost respect and talked with me in person following the colonoscopy. He is a gentle man and a gentleman, and I am happy that my mother and aunt referred me to him. They are seniors and do not place reviews onlin
