Dr. Patel is very thorough and a good clinician. He is courteous and has a reassuring chair side manner. He takes time to explain everything and did not make me feel rushed. We lived near his office and moved about an hour away, but still go to him. The front office and reception staff were very courteous and mindful of my time. They also went the extra step to explain all of the financial/insurance details for my crown installations so there were minimal surprises.
