I saw Dr. Vivek this morning and was impressed with his listening skills. It’s surprising to me that many Ear Doctors are terrible listeners. Understanding a patient’s experience is vital in diagnosing a problem. Dr. Vivek got it right immediately. Excellent doctor. Good insights into my needs and excellent recommendations. Grateful he is in Eugene
