I'm baffled by the negative experiences listed for Dr. Patel. I've struggled for years to find doctors who would listen to me and truly hear and understand me and my litany of issues: autoimmune, genetic, chronic pain spinal issues, mental etc. Dr. Patel was one of the first to actually listen to me, he looked at my images just before the appointment and was knowledgeable about my issues and medications FINALLY after years I received something that would actually help to some degree. He's worked with me at every step trying to find meds that work and are in stock and only recently has referred me to a more specialized pain management location due to my unique needs, I do feel as if that is in part due to a provider at his location that is ...less than stellar, but I still go to him for my procedures. I moved to Smyrna last June and insist on still going to see him and most of the rest of the team at the Suwannee JohnsCreek Alliance location, that's how much I appreciate him.
