Dr. Kumar asked a lot of questions about what I presently was feeling and my past history. She was able to figure out the correct stretches and exercises that I needed to do, to relieve my sciatic pain in my left hip. She suggested strongly that I start PT and continue seeing her for a few weeks. Then she would evaluate my progress and decide, if I needed to get an MRI or an injection in my hip. The stretching and use of cold and hot compresses helped considerably. I woke up one morning 9-10 weeks later without any pain. It was an amazing experience. Dr. Komar’s visits involved her touching my shoulders, hips and feet. I was skeptical at first, because it didn’t seem that she was doing much. She did not use a lot of pressure. After the visits I would feel a little light headed and tired. Whatever she had done worked. I am extremely happy with my results. My husband is now her patient. I hope that she is able to help him with his knee pain.
