I have seen a LOT of doctors with my husband for his extensive health problems, and it’s very hard to find a doctor like Dr Gilbert. We’ve actually found 4 in over 100. He listens, actually acts and shows like he cares about your well-being, has excellent bedside manner, and we were very impressed. He talked with us about things outside of his field for an hour and a half, trying to figure out anything he could to help us. Also, when he just didn’t know about something, he was honest and just told us that, rather than speculating some bologna to make us happy. In our experience, that much attentiveness and care is almost unheard of in the medical field, especially in a small town like ours. I highly recommend Dr Gilbert for anyone needing a surgeon.
