She was so good at explaining the reasons for and details of my condition, providing possible solutions, helping me understand how to mitigate symptoms and suggesting how to move forward. Dr. Kansal spent more time with me than I expected, making sure that I was clear about everything. She also made sure I would feel comfortable contacting her at any time if my symptoms change or I have any questions. And this was a telephone visit due to coronavirus clinic closure!
