I was received by receptionist in a professional & pleasant manner. I felt less stressful completing the routine medical paperwork which seemed faster & historically efficient. Dr. Josi presented with a warm & caring attitude. She listened carefully to my concerns & responded with medical actions necessary to determine cause of problems being experienced. She explained procedures I would undergo to gather significant information to treat & resolve medical issues. As a Veteran, I received the most thorough care during my visit with her than any other Dr. I’ve had the privilege of visiting for medical care, over many, many, years. If you don’t visit her office for your medical needs, you are doing yourself a disservice. Although this was my first visit, it won’t be the last. Oh, by the way, I have medical insurance & I’m grateful for that.
