My son was one of the first patience Dr. James saw when she came to the Staten Island practice. I have to say that she is thorough, patient, kind, and takes the time to speak with the patient without being rushed. She explains what medicine is needed, when to increase or decrease, and how to use all the medicine she prescribes. The office does get busy but the staff is incredible.
