Limited engagement with Dr. Moss, but plenty with enough, other MH providers to have perspective, my impression was genuine caring, approachable, bright, and fully engaged in his profession, ethical. I have also interacted with several of his staff, about 4, all we’re responsive, and seemed caring, especially the intake coordinator.. it’s a busy and modern practice, with an above average level of automation and electronic systems which you need to be comfortable with in order to go with the flow.. also, no one should expect perfection, you may need to advocate for yourself at times, like a follow up, or organizing what you want to discuss, realize that most healthcare providers are slammed these days, and that seems especially so in mental health.
