Patient Reviews
Sep 13, 2018
Had lumbar surgery performed by Dr. Jacob in 2012.Have had disabling symptoms since, which I did not have before surgery. After surgery, tried to communicate with neurosurgery dept. and Dr. Jacob. After several MRIs, I was passed off to pain management dept, who after several spinal injections were able to collect insurance payments, but provided no benefit to me.I would strongly advise anyone needing spinal surgery to pass on these people and seek help elsewhere. Good luck and beware! Likelihoo

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
