My experience started off a bit rocky due to some insurance issues that were outside of OPA’s control. Despite that, the staff was proactive and forward-thinking, doing everything they could to make sure my surgery stayed on schedule. I was eventually connected with Dr. Fox, and I immediately felt at ease thanks to his calm, professional demeanor. I could relate to him right away, which helped me feel comfortable going into surgery.Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the OPA team and feel confident that they’ve set me on the right path to a full recovery.
