Hi. It’s Dr. Janowicz. I’m just seeing these reviews. I feel broken-hearted about the one star review experiences. It’s difficult not to be able to supervise your employees in a house call practice. I’m not in the office (I’m out seeing patients), and I rely on trust because I can’t supervise in person. There were 2 office managers in play with each of these negative reviews, respectively. One was stealing from me and never felt like coming into the office. The other was extremely ill and hiding it from me that they had stopped going to work, and they were not keeping regular hours. Ultimately, I had to cut my losses and move on (and Covid didn’t help). Again, I apologize profusely for the negative experiences. I pride myself on being a diligent, caring, thorough doctor, and these 2 individuals took advantage of me and tarnished my practice and the endless hours of hard work I put into it. I hope everyone affected was able to find the care they needed.
