Dr. Madden was phenomenal! She set expectations every step of the way and exceeded them most of the time. She personally called me on a Friday night to check in after a procedure. The entire enterprise (at least the part I had exposure to) operates exceptionally well. The staff is off the charts for friendliness and courtesy.
