Dr. Colby and her expert team members were able to help my cousin, Rob, with coordinating numerous appointments with ophthalmologists, neurologists, and skilled nursing, and help us facilitate a smooth transition with prolonged hospitalization to home care. Her patience and understanding of Rob's condition and concerns were so insightful, and knowledgeable, which helped us all feel confident that Rob is in the best of hands, and we are all so eternally grateful for everyone's 'hand-on and caring' approach she, and her and her very capable staff have shown to Rob and his family.
