First, Dr Nicolai remembered me from a prior visit to the ER a year and a half before. And, second, when I told her where my pain was located, she didn’t assume it was a certain organ that was causing pain. She checked them all and made sure they were all good before giving a diagnosis. She also has a great bedside manner and makes the patient feel comfortable. Thank you Dr. Nicolai.
