Dr Shroff is an expert in her field. An exceptional and passionate clinician. She treated my husband for pancreatic cancer and I appreciated her honesty and efforts to keep the cancer from spreading. Her nurses were outstanding. Compassionate and always available. We are so grateful to Molly and Lois. They dealt with the 'human' side and provided the emotional comfort. Dr Shroff's communication with her patients is filtered 100% through her team. It would have been reassuring to be able to sometimes communicate with your doctor directly. We got to see Dr Shroff every 8 weeks (and this only because I insisted - appointments had been initially scheduled with the NP) to discuss the scan results. Because of this illusiveness, I gave Doctor Shroff 4 points rather than the 5 her expertise and knowledge would otherwise have so richly deserved. I recommend Dr Shroff highly with the caveat that there will no 'hand holding'.
