I saw the other reviews and I thought it would be a good time to share mine. I had a great experience, yes because she was communicating with my orthodontist the date wasn’t finalized but it was out of her control. I now have a scheduled date! She was very direct and I appreciate that. I even brought my mom because my mom complains of her bad experiences with doctors but I wanted to show her what I liked about my doctor. From the point of checking in to having my vitals checked, X-ray done, going over treatment plan I rate the experience 10 out of 10 always. If people are unhappy with her way of speaking well I prefer to have a doctor who will give it to me straight and who wants what’s best for me from their experience in the field versus someone who is ok at their job and worries more about making me feel like they are my friend. I’m not looking for a friend in my doctor I’m looking for the best doctor who knows what they are doing. Also instead of doing a palette expander with the ortho which would of cost me $$$ she said she could do it in surgery. She could have left it to the ortho but she didn’t. Braces are not cheap imagine a palette expander on top. I trust her. Whoever your ortho is if they send you to her you are in the best of hands. I highly recommend Dr. Chigurupati! My coworker also went to her and said she was the best and they already healed from their jaw surgery. And it’s been two years since they had their surgery done.
