Dr. Cherng delivered my 3rd (final) baby and unlike my delivery the previous time by a different doctor, entered the OR with positive energy and all focus on me, easing my pre-surgery jitters and holding my hand while everything was prepped. This made me feel less alone than I had in other deliveries. In maternal care she was always informative, helpful, enthusiastic and supportive. It's been years since I've seen her but a story of a woman feeling alone as she waited for surgery made me recall Dr. Cherng's warmth and radiance with me to welcome my baby on his birthday. She is a treasure.
